About Me

Hi, I'm Kristyn a.k.a. "Krissy". I live in west Michigan with my fabulous family. I am a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographic Certification Commission. I am a wife and a mom to one special girl. My daughter is the whole reason I ever became interested in photography. She has been my muse and my inspiration.

I work mainly in Michigan, but also work in Ontario, Canada quite often. I was born and raised near Toronto, Ontario and moved to Michigan in 2005.

I love the softness of a newborn and how they fold. I love their tiny fingers, their little wrinkles and their soft, fuzzy hair. I really want you to feel as though I am not just taking a photo of your baby or belly, but making that photo into a piece of art.

My approach to weddings is casual, laid back, and edgy. If you're looking for photos in a park with lots of foliage, a gazebo and pretty flowers, I'm not the girl for the job. I like contemporary settings with urban flare or naturally rustic areas. I love doing things that are out of the ordinary. If you want something unique and fun, I'm definitely your girl.
