Erin & Scott :: Engaged! | Grand Rapids - Muskegon, MI Wedding Photographer
Meet Erin & Scott. We met at an apple orchard just north of Grand Rapids for their engagement session. Due to the strange weather occurrences, we didn't get to see any apples, but they made the session beautiful, nonetheless.

Oh Sweet! Cupcakes...mmmm! | Muskegon - Grand Rapids, MI photographer
I tried 6 flavors. I would have to say that my favorite flavor was key-lime coconut. The icing was buttery and sweet and perfectly matched with the tart key-lime flavor. The icing complemented the smooth, nutty coconut cake. So good!
After the key-lime coconut, it was difficult to really pick my next favorite... they were all so good. The most unique one, which was also scrumptious, was the pink champagne cupcake. It actually tasted like champagne... sweet, but not too sweet... it would make the perfect dessert after a gourmet meal!
The pink champagne was very different from the fruity mango coconut. The icing was creamy and very fruity. It had a sweet, tart flavor that almost made you think you weren't eating something filled with butter and sugar! The coconut cake was so moist and sweet. Excellent flavor combination.
Next, I tried the chocolate, which was very different from the first three cupcakes. It was decadent, dark and had almost a mocha flavor to it. I felt as though the icing tasted much like a chocolate mousse. It was rich and creamy and I could have eaten two of these at once! haha
Then I tried the classic white cupcake which had a perfectly smooth vanilla flavor. The cake was buttery and moist and the icing was like a heavy whipped sweet cream. Like ice cream, but not cold.

Lastly, I tried the adorable looking red velvet cake! The cake itself was very red and had a chocolately flavor to it. The icing was mild and creamy and I love the way the cupcake was topped with a little sugar heart and a nonpareil disc. >>
Oh Sweet! makes all kinds of delicious confections and I highly recommend considering Oh Sweet! as your wedding baker or for any special occasion! Drooling yet?
